Celebrating Fadi and his mother, Caline Saleh, Founder & President of Association FAD.
Caline Saleh and her son Fadi were interviewed by the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation following Caline’s selection by the English Montreal School Board to represent Mackay Centre School and the Leaders on Wheels initiative.
Their story celebrates resilience, dignity, and the leadership of young people living with disabilities. Through Fadi’s journey, they remind us that disability does not define a person’s potential—and that inclusion begins when every individual is given the opportunity to shine.
As a proud mother, Caline describes Fadi as her greatest inspiration, someone who has helped her become a stronger and better version of herself.
Through Association FAD, Caline continues to champion a more inclusive society where children and adults with disabilities are recognized for their abilities, their voices are heard, and their contributions are valued.
Their television feature is expected in August.
Caline Saleh shared her journey as a mother and advocate, raising awareness of the challenges faced by families of people with disabilities and the urgent need for greater inclusion and support.
